Dissident Plates & Hardware Kit

We are proud to offer plate and hardware kits for Mprtech's latest release, the Dissident! This is all of the hardware required for building the Dissident as per the original file's required hardware list in the original file's "Dissident Assembly Guide" information, along with additional required hardware not originally listed.
 
Thank you to our kit beta testers for confirming additional/ missing required hardware. We've made some upgrades where available and have highlighted them in bold. Charging handle components are pictured assembled but will be shipped in an unassembled state and will require assembly per release file's instructions.

- Thorough pre-inspection of all SCS plates to ensure dimensional accuracy
- Deburred metal plates
- 100 grit garnet media blasted metal plates (recommended surface prep from Cerakote for proper adhesion of coatings. Charging handle not blasted to reduce possibility of friction.) 
- Pre-countersunk side plates 
- M3x0.5 tapped/ threaded charging handle (Drilled, and pinned available as an option)
- M4x0.7 tapped/ threaded Rear Trunion Plate
- Upgraded hardware where available (better grading/class/material/strength/etc) 
- Upgraded W1 Tool Steel 350mm Rod (To reduce bending and increase strength)
- W1 Tool Steel 350mm Rod Threaded M3x0.5 only on ends (opposed to fully threaded stainless)
- Printed Charging Handle Pieces included (Black e-Sun PLA+)

NOTE:  All metal plates are shipped in a 100 grit garnet media blasted finish. If you would like a raw finish, which may be an easier base for polishing your rails, please contact us before purchase so we can check stock. We usually keep a few sets on hand. Aluminum side plates may show oxidation after blasting. This is normal and is simply a property of aluminum. Kit does not include DB or Krrawn DXF file plates. Assembled Charging Handle uses Black eSun PLA+ on BambuLabs X1C.
